I had an newsletter from Topshop a few days ago about the New Year Style Resolutions, and it included 70's fashion.. I also then had a newsletter from New Look about 70's tile prints. Seeing as I adore the 70's style fashion with all the platform shoes, go-go boots and flared trousers, I also love the crazy prints that wear fabulously worn back then.
A few weeks ago I was rummaging through Primark's sale racks full of all different styles and sizes of playsuits and came across this little number! The pattern just screams 70's and it was extremely different to anything I had ever seen in a shop before so I had to have it (and may I add it was only £3!). The material is 100% Viscose and very silky (silk is one of my favourite materials another bonus to this bargain!). This beautifully patterned garment also has a statement necklace attached around the neck line for that added touch of glam.
Seeing as I was in the 70's style type of mood, I had to go all the way with a big floppy hat and over the knee boots! Okay, maybe the clutch bag doesn't go so well, it just needed a bag for this outfit, especially if you were planning on going out for a 70's night somewhere you would obviously need somewhere to keep your essentials safe.
Going onto the sizing of this playsuit, they didn't have my usual size so I had to size up with this (bad move...) so yeaa...it's a tad bit big on me! Oh well, it was pretty and I just couldn't leave it...(especially for £3!)
