Fashion | How To Style Lilac

This outfit I actually wore on the final day of travelling to Italy earlier this year if you saw on my Instagram, but with a unicorn print top with sequins. Another thing you may have noticed lately is my obsession with unicorns, now this isn't a new thing, it's just me showing my true self more and more. My obsession with unicorns actually started when I was 5, so I've loved unicorns well over 10 years before a lot of people joined the unicorn obsession recently rather than for a long time.

Onto my outfit, I've always liked tennis skirts, but wanted a colour you wouldn't usually wear everyday, so lilac it was, even though I was really drawn to the white skirt on Dresslink at the time, but unfortunately they were out of stock at the time in my size...poop...Anyway, the purple I thought would be awesome for an American school girl look, but adding in my own twist and style to it with a unicorn top that was only £6 in Primark! Yes! Adding in some converse and a fluffy bag that I've had from KyliJanee for ages and really want to get more from their range as their collection is so cute and unique!

I don't wear skirts that often when I think about it, as my style has been really laid back lately so I've mainly been in jeans, top and trainers. This is mainly because I'm in my work uniform a lot of the time so then I just want to be in comfy clothes.

Another thing I've noticed lately is that I'm drawn to purple a lot for no reason whatsoever! It's just such a pretty colour! What do you think of how much unicorn things are around lately though?! There's been unicorn clothes, pyjamas, slippers, wall art, home decor, jewellery etc, Literally everything is covered in unicorns! But I do own a unicorn necklace, cushion, light, pj's, socks, keyring, and little sparkly unicorn that actually sites next to my TV because the colour matches my room - yes the one I walked around strapped to my sequin jeans on Instagram hahaa! Something I am dying to own is a unicorn bag and slippers! I found some on ASOS and I think I need to start making Christmas wishlists!
