Vegan Ruby Chocolate protein donuts

Valentine's Day is coming and what better way to celebrate than to bake some lush goods. I'm bringing you one of my favourite recipes of how to make Vegan Ruby Chocolate Protein Donuts and what perfect timing for Valentine's Day with all the pink.

Ingredients:
137g Self Raising Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
60g MyVegan Ruby Chocolate Vegan Protein Blend
100g MyVegan Sugar Free Maple Syrup
18g Olive Oil
90ml Oat Milk
1stp Vanilla Extract
20ml Oggs Egg Substitute
1 tub of Pink Fizz Flavour Frosting

Serves 6
209 Calories
4.6g Fat
31.8g Carbs
9.3g Protein

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Mix the flour, baking powder & protein powder together.
3. Add in the oat milk, olive oil, vanilla extract, syrup, eggs & mix until you form a dough texture.
4. Pour the mixture into a silicone donut mould.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
6. Once donuts are cool and removed from the mould, add on your frosting & decorate how you like.

Really nice protein snack to have & enjoy. You'll be surprised at how delicious the protein powder makes these donuts taste.
