Ingredients:
1/4 tsp baking powder
160g plain flour
60g vegan salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
60g biscoff spread
9 biscoff biscuits
6 Doisy & Dam truffles
300ml plant milk of choice
15g cacao powder or vegan hot chocolate
Serves 9
1. Preheat the oven on 180c
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together; flour, protein powder, baking powder, cacao powder, broken biscuits
3. Mix in the plant milk & biscoff spread
4. Once combined add the mixture to a square baking tray with grease proof paper
top with biscoff biscuits & truffles
5. Put in over for 25-30 minutes
