On the 11th October 2014 (yesterday basically), I had the opportunity to go the My Bandage Dress Autumn/Winter Exclusive Blogger Event. It was my first Blogger event so I had no idea what to do or say to other bloggers who looked absolutely beautiful! To start off the day, I curled my hair using my stylestudioPRO Curling Wand and used Tresemme Ultimate Hold Ultra Fine Hairspray to keep my locks in place and keep them looking bouncy and lovely throughout the day.
Next, I went onto make-up and tried out a sample of Dior Star Foundation which came with the November issue of Red. It gives my skin a flawless look but I prefer the Chanel Skin Perfector Foundation a lot better! If your planning on blowing your money out on an expensive foundation I'd go for Chanel! It's just perfff! ♡
My Ootd for the event included pieces from Primark, New Look, H&M and shoes from Davidson's (a shoe store in the city where I live).

Next was the train journey, luckily it didn't take us longer than 25 minutes on the train. When I mean us I mean me and my best friend Nicole.

When we arrived in Birmingham we were a tad bit hungry, so a McChicken Burger and Medium Fries were calling my name in McDonald's! ♡
We picked a spot right in front of a lovely fountain while we ate and devoured our not so healthy but delish food! Hehee xD
As we needed to find the venue before 15:00pm, we decided to take a slow walk towards the venue which was a very nice , posh hotel named Jury's Inn on Broad Street in Birmingham. I'd never seen such a beautifully decorated hotel before! Only one word for it...FABULOUS!
As we were a bit early to be at the event, we decided to chill out and relax our feet in the main lobby of the hotel, as our feet needed a rest from all the walking. (Especially my feet as I had 4 inch platforms on!)
The event started at 15:00pm so we decided to make our way up to the 1st floor nearer the time. We caught the veryfancy lifts up to the floor where the event was held and got
in the same lift as a beautiful lady named Rachel (instagram: @rachelgeorgina) who was also attending the event. After we were ticked off on the guest list, we walked into a room full of beautifully displayed jewellery on our left made by a lovely company named Luxy Accessories (instagram: @luxyaccessoriesuk). I spotted the most beautifully designed statement necklace ever too! ♡
The ceiling in the venue was full of lovely coloured balloons! How cute?! ♡
The room was also filled with lovely little cupcakes, sweeties, refreshments and goodie bags for us all! ♡
While we all took advantage of all the lovely treats everyone mingled for a while until we were asked to take a seat for the Catwalk show.
The models modelling all the beautiful clothes were absolutely gorgeous!
