Lifestyle | Autumn, Where All My Favourite Memories Lay

Autumn Outfit

Autumn is my absolute favourite time of year! I love to wear boots or wellies and go out for walks where there's been lots of leaves falling so I can be like a child again and run through and kick them all! That was one of my favourite memories of a child, and not forgetting collecting leaves, sticks, pine cones, conkers, chestnuts and anything else me and my siblings could find to take home and make into a nature picture. I was shocked to find out that my Dad still has the first picture we made when we did this, which was really touching, as he kept that all these years, and you wouldn't believe how much that meant to me that he kept it all this time.

I love spending time with family, especially spending quality time with them. Times like these wear I get to take a day out, away from my phone and laptop, and just enjoy the time spent with the people I love and having that time to bond with people and having quality time. As this year, it's been such a whirlwind with travelling and having so many plans! I've forgotten how important it is to take time out and enjoy every moment you get with the ones you love, as you never know what might happen...

Country side walks have always been my favourites, as you all may know by now from my previous Country Girl posts here and here. The countryside is where most of my treasured memories came about. It's a place where I feel at home and free, where I can just be thankful for all the things in life and feel at peace with myself. I like to de-stress in these types of places as it calms me down and brings me back to the centre of my mind where I can think straight again - I mentioned about this in my 8 Ways To De-Stress post.

As for autumn style itself, I love wrapping up in cosy jumpers, boots and faux fur coats! Perfect for anything you do during this season and even in winter too! (With added hat, scarf and gloves of course for those frosty days!)I've been wearing this leopard print faux fur coat so much! I actually bought it for a steal of £10 in a charity shop last winter! I still love a good mooch around a charity shop! I'll soon be doing a charity shop challenge post in the new year if you guys are interested?

As for my jumper, I've been looking for the right one for me for ages and this one goes so well with so many of my pieces and it has sleeves that are designed like bell sleeves! I love the criss cross detail too! I want to try it tucked into a tanned skirt that I have that I bought last year and have only worn like once! So that gives me and excuse to get that out for a change! There's so many ways that I could wear this jumper! How gorgeously vibrant is this red backpack that has an awesome retro design that SO fits into my personal style! It's literally like my go to bag since it arrived! It's got a faux suede feel to it and has a gorgeous lining inside, the pockets all around it and inside are a decent size too! I was actually shocked at how good the quality was of it! DressLily & Zaful are soon becoming my new favourite brands to find awesome and unique pieces!
