How do you like your pancakes in the morning? I like mine with loads of fruit. And I also like them to be donut flavoured! I bet your thinking, what? Donut flavoured pancakes? YES! Cute Nutrition have recently launched donut flavoured pancakes and they have now made it to my favourite thing to have for breakfast covered in fruit. Alongside their original skinny pancakes, this pancake mix has been SO easy to make. Read on to see how I've been getting on with them.

Cute Nutrition Skinny Pancakes

These skinny pancakes are SO easy to make. I used my cute nutrition shaker to make the pancakes as it was so much easier than your usual way of making pancakes with all the mess of a mixing bowl and weighing everything etc. All you do is add 100ml of water to the shaker, 4 scoops of your desired pancake mix, shake until the mixture is smooth, and add to a hot frying pan thats got either oil or my personal favourite, fry light. Wait until the majority of the pancake is covered in bubbles and has more of a dry mixture than wet texture and get flipping. I tend to usually get 2 big pancakes out of the mixture of 4 scoops, depending on how large you like your pancakes. Once all flipped to perfection, serve up with your desired toppings, in my case it was LOADS of fresh fruit, dairy free whipped cream & skinny food co billionaires syrup - delish!

I absolutely LOVE these mixes and I can see myself running out rather quickly as they taste so good. What I really love about the donut mix is how lovely and sweet the taste is, not over powering either. The mixture also turns yellow which is pretty cool. It's such an easy quick mixture to make for breakfast, and it's full of protein, so perfect for the gym bunnys or the ones who like to have food thats less in calories and higher in protein. Per 60g serving the pancakes include 1.6g fat, 27.9g carbs, 24g protein - seriously high in protein! And only 231 calories in each serving. Such a lovely treat for either breakfast, brunch or even pudding. Also a great addition to pancake day when it comes back around.

The skinny pancakes retail at £14.99 each & they've recently released their Red Velvet protein pancakes as well, which sound lush! Check out Cute Nutritions pancake range here.
