A super quick & easy vegan pizza snack to make that's perfect for you, the kids or to add to a lovely buffet/vegan board. Here's how to make them.
Ingredients:
Ready Made Vegan Pizza Dough
Tomato Purée
Oregano
Garlic Granules
Chilli Flakes
Vegan Cheese
Vegan Pepperoni
1. Roll the ready made pizza dough into balls & place in a greased muffin tray and press into place.
2. Mix together some tomato purée, oregano, garlic, chilli flakes & a little water to make a paste.
3. Smoother the paste over the top of the dough & top with vegan cheese - Vegan Applewood Cheese is perfect for this.
4. Cut the vegan pepperoni slices into quarters & place on top of the mini pizzas.
5. Cook in the oven on 200 degrees for around 15-20 minutes.
6. Check the dough is cooked & enjoy!
