Vegan Toffee apple Protein Loaf

Happy Sunday everyone! Sundays are my favourite day of the week, you know why? Because it's the last day of the week, but also the day before a fresh start to a new week. I love to use Sunday's as a relaxing but productive day, where I'd usually get things done around the house, maybe do some washing, cook a roast dinner or do some baking, and what better day of the week to bake some delicious tasting treats to have during the new week, especially as a snack at work or pudding after dinner. So I'm bringing you one of my favourite recipes being a Vegan Toffee Apple Protein Loaf recipe.
