Serves 6:

Recipe:
1. Make the jelly & pour into a trifle bowl or any dish you prefer.
2. Add in half a can of your tinned fruit (drained).
3. Set in the fridge for around an hour - check its set before taking it out.
4. Top the jelly with vegan custard - I use Alpro Vegan Custard.
5. Set in the fridge for another hour until set.
6. Whip the vegan cream for a few minutes until its built up to a whipped consistency - better to do this with an electric whisk where possible.
7. Top the trifle with the cream.
8. Top the cream with grated chocolate.
9. Set in the fridge until ready to serve.
