My most delicious recipe to date, if I do say so myself. If you’re looking for a moreish little treat that includes 9.2g protein. Then this is the recipe you’ll want to be making all year round. Who doesn’t love a banana bread? Especially in the shape of a donut.
Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 salt
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
50g MyVegan vanilla soy isolate protein powder
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup oat milk
2x MyVegan protein chocolate
1 cup self raising flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 salt
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
50g MyVegan vanilla soy isolate protein powder
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup oat milk
2x MyVegan protein chocolate
Makes 6 donuts 🍩

Recipe:
1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together
3. Mix all the wet ingredients together
4. Combine all ingredients together
5. Spray a donut mould with fry light to stop the donuts from sticking
6. Scoop the mixture into each donut mould evenly
7. Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes
8. Once cooled, melt the vegan protein chocolate & top evenly on each donut
